Zoomed in card can't be dismissed [Investigating]

I am playing Battle of the Four Tribes right now and I didn't do anything. The card Sanctum Seeker just appeared on screen and I can't dismiss it. I can still open the bottom menu (and do chat / battle log), and zoom into the art. But I can't get rid of the card, no matter where I click.

Please for the love of GOD implement some kind of "unstuck" feature so we can continue our games when we get bugs like this. It is extremely frustrating to have to lose a node, and worse, a victory over a game issue.

Is it possible to get my node refreshed?

This has happened a second time, again during the Elenda fight. Both times I had used Ob Nixilis' second ability to destroy the enemy's Vampire token. I did not touch the screen after the ability destroyed the creature, but the opponent's next creature instantly zoomed in on the screen and could not be dismissed.

Both times, the last item on the list is the Martyrdom support from the fight triggering.

This error has cost me two victories over Elenda already, as I am one turn away from winning, with a Lich's Mastery on board.

I urge you to please implement the "unstuck" feature to close out anything that is blocking the screen and return to normal gameplay, especially if the game has been idle for some time.

Most of the issues like this still allow you to access the menu (zooming in on cards in the Battle Log being the exception I've seen), so if they could put some sort of 'check for freeze' button there it'd help immensely.

This has happened to me several times before. However, I just tap around outside the card until it works, and it does eventually. However, adding a button on the bottom left of the screen when you are zoomed in that has you un-zoom would simultaneously improve the QoS and fix the bug.

In Android back button has helped me, tough after that, the card list in hand can not be reordered untill you zoom again a card and unzoom in the right way.

This did not work with the Battle Log freezing bug.

I tapped for a solid 5 minutes and nothing happened. I can close the card when it has the bug that a card appears and follows your finger wherever you tap, but not this one.

This specific bug happens on the triggering of a permanent support in an event. Normally, you cannot do anything while card effects are happening. I think what’s happening here is that the zooming in pauses the effect, but the effect is still preventing action.

Got it, I didn't realize that there were two different zoom in bugs.

Similar issue... game locked up when I accidentally zoomed into the artwork. The artwork would move around. I couldn't click anywhere, including exiling/trash button.

Hi Everyone. Can you attempt to view card art in game again, and/or in the Battle Log? It's possible these issues may have been fixed in the 2.7.1 update and we'd like to double check.

I don’t think the issue I originally posted about can be solved until Battle of the Four Tribes is back, as it was a bug specific to the Elenda fight.

@Brigby yes, it is now possible to check cards in the log, zoom in the art and get back during battles. At least in TG. I'd rather not check in coalition events, though
