Regional Tournaments

One of the biggest problems I have with tournaments that's it's very hard to get a decent placing as all the tournaments finish at 4/5am for us based in the UK ( and I'm sure it's a problem for a lot of Europe )

So is it possible to have regional tournaments that don't finish in the middle of the night. As most people know that a couple of hours not playing can knock you down from #1 to like #50.
