No purple\pink gems awarded during trial of the planes walkerr Blue

I'm seeing a problem where I have won three matches, on the first node, but only received the HOD pack. with the second and third win, I get the error that something went wrong and after repeated retry, chose cancel.  It put me back in the game selection screen but even reloading, has not awarded me the gem. My planeswalker Tezzeret is not hurt so the game know I won because it has decreimeted the counter, just no gem!
