Flipped Lands effecting Omniscience [Investigating]

As per the title, any of the flip lands from Ixalan and Rivals of Ixalan (Storm the Vault, Search for Azcanta, Journey to Eternity, etc.) actually take away a shield from Omniscience when they flip.

They weren't cast, they didn't require mana.

Oh yes the cast trigger is very much there (hackish implementation fixed my tush)...
I took damage from the scab clan berserker or whatever the origins rare red creature is called when a flip support... Well, flipped!
Though to be honest, my Omni decks don't care about these silly triggers. If by the end of the turn you have an Omni on board and haven't dumped your hand yet, you need to do something about that deck. 😋

Come on, its already great to play omniscience while it was suposed to be nerfed since a while ... Who cares about a shield when it is still the most broken card ever.

This isn't a thread to complain about Omniscience

    It's about a bugged interaction.

The same interaction that counts flipped supports as an extra cast for “cast X+/- supports” event objective purposes.
It’s not a clean flip implementation, unlike the werewolf flips which do not activate “cast” triggers.
