No progression reward [Solved]

Im not getting any progression reward in the current HoD event. The event does tell me I reach it but my vault stay empty...

    I got the pack, though I haven't paid attention to see if I got the other stuff.

    I did got crystal. For the pack,  I don't know if it was a display bug it nonetheless  wasn't able to 'open' it as it was not showing. However after several minutes and 2 reload the booster did show
