5* DD Sonar Strike - passive damages next opp after downing stunned [Investigating]

Noticed that if you down a stunned opponent with a regular attack, the next non-stunned opponent will be hit with the passive component of DDs Sonar Strike. 

The language is definitely to do damage to the stunned enemy and it shouldn't roll on to the next one.
