Unable to select Jace (any of them) as a planes walker in the Long Cold Darkness

Anyone notice the new event won’t let you play Jace?  I was thinking to myself, “Self, this event gives blue gems!  Lets run mono blue for fun and see what happens!”  But you can’t even select Jace (I own J1-2-3) as a planeswalker  I find this very odd.

Mono color planeswalkers are not allowed, see the instructions, blue color is not allowed.

Karn cannot use blue cards either but dual color with blue can use any standard blue card.
