Fiery Intervention with Indestructible supports

The card reads "Destroy and opponent's support. If there is no opponent supports, deal 3 damage to target creature." with the indestructible support the card will not cast even with a target-able creature on the opponents side. It technically is working as it reads but I think it should not count the indestructible support and let me chose a creature. Is anything going to be done on how the game recognizes the indestructible supports or is this a card that can never be played in the new events with indestructible supports, now of which are most?
