Up placement rewards preceding a 4* Versus event

The placement structure in Versus has needed a change for quite some time now. Treating Story as the primary release area for new characters excludes the many Versus-focused Alliances as is is. Now that it looks like 4* Versus events are going to be run much more regularly, updating the rewards structure becomes even more important.
While the current placement is fine when the next event is a 3* Versus tournament, when the next event is a 4* event, simply moving the 4* placement rewards up one tier would be a great improvement. Thus in SCL9, top 25 would receive 4* covers. Top 10 would get them in SCL8. And new characters really should get closer to the Story levels in placement SCL9 should be getting the new 4* in at least top 50, if not top 100.
