Sinister Six - IM40 Boosted Only On Right Nodes?

Anybody else noticing that IM40, despite being listed as boosted and showing as boosted in game, is only actually boosted on the right hand nodes. If you play the left hand nodes with him, he does unboosted damage. How on earth have the devs managed to mess that up?

The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
