    Again, most people here are taking this to an extremity and missing the point, outlined above.

    For what it's worth, the Rags-nerf situation is unbelievable. I wasn't even playing yet, I'm only on day 57 but my friend in question is 190+. Anybody who had that happen should have been compensated in someway. These gestures, which I will stand by and say cost D3 $0, go far and beyond to keep users for the long run and refer new players.

    Your friend is 190+, didn't have OBW blue, and thought it was smart to spend HP on that cover?

    If you buy a cover its hard to ask for a refund because rewards change or you get rng lucky to get that character. it just happens. however with balance changes .....I would say huge changes to characters should trigger a free re spec option at minimum. Allow people to change to any other cover assuming tey have the levels required to do it. But quite honestly after the spiderman changes a respec wont even help him. D3 can I have 102 levels of ISO I spent a month collecting to put into a useful character now? You can keep the coins I spent on his covers, but can I just get the iso back to actually keep playing this game..... No? Ok cool i'll just not play that much going forward.

    Maybe he doesn't play obsessively every day? And after reading posts on here of people jumping down other peoples throats for their OPINIONS, I can't say I'm surprised that he doesn't ever post here
