Question about characters to level up

Just wanted to get some expert advice on if I should just save my purple for 3* covers to level them up if I can above to 80s. I bolded the characters I am thinking of putting levels into. I put current level and then max level I can get them to with current covers. moonstone and Captain america I dont want to dump into as they are typically bad. Right now i've been putting levels into whoever is buffed in events so it is spread out. Does it make sense to just max my 3* as much as I can then after that save up?

I do get top 25 on every event and try for top 10 for 2 covers so am building 3 star rosters but it takes time.

Since you have multiple L85 2*s, I wouldn't level any 3* until you can get them above L100 unless they're significantly buffed in an event.

For now, just save your Iso.
