So... we can't submit tickets anymore?

I discovered this morning after finding out out that my crystals for trying to purchase a PP that failed last night are gone (which were still there after a few tries and ended up canceling the night before) luckily I took a SS while trying for the second time. The runes never increased after crossed checking this morning so those  cards were never added. Anyways, it was submit a ticket time and I noticed that the button was removed. 
So 6 weeks ago we got notice after notice about this nice and convenient button and what we should do if we need to submit a ticket.  Now it's gone? A little disappointing.  So hopefully they'll consider my request for crystals to be refunded because I had to piggy back an existing ticket regarding the mini Karn refund related to lotus.

    Yes, it seems this is gone. If you click the Help Center FAQ button, go to Common Questions and then How to Contact Us? you will get a link to submit a ticket. 

    Or just send an email.
