RTO maximum game charges change request

With the prevelance of SWW errors, I believe the maximum capacity of node games/charges (going forward referred to as "game charges") should be increased to a minimum of 4. (A maximum of 5 is really the absolute best in my opinion and of course then it would probably be a 2 intial starting game charges)

There should always be at least a 3 game charge difference between initial starting charges and maximum capacity of nodes. 

This way I dont have to stay up at midnight, literally 5 past now, waiting for an SWW error to resolve because I have 2 game charges on each of my 5 nodes and the next refresh is in less than 5 hours. And why did I not play them? Was busy doing real life things and finishing AWR while the app was riddled with SWW. Technically I have 11 hours before i lose a charge; but, do I really need to be stressed out in the morning like that on a weekday? 

This is a game; but, the standards you have established over the year for me, have caused me to change my habits to accommodate this game.. that's saying something. And I am sure I am not the only one who suffers this affliction. You guys designate the event start times, end times, refreshes and we have abided to the best of our ability (and at the same time we appreciate the changes you guys are actively making). Now, we accommodate SWW errors and reschedule our plans for the day or the next. And I wont get into the abuse from rewards or drop rates.. since you guys are making an effort there as well.. 

Honestly, I don't do abusive relationships, let alone keep making bad investments; but, I like this game and I have stuck it out because there seems to be hope (the listening and changing etc etc); but, I do want to express that my patience is starting to run thin and I would hate to cut my losses on a bad investment now. I started this game so happy but now i feel so disgruntled these days... sigh. 

And sorry to be a bit of a downer but just expressing my feelings here in hopes of better changes. And for those, who believe I am crazy and need to just chill - yes, I am aware but I am sure there are many who are the same way.. errr let me believe it atleast? Haha.
