Unable to connect

Game been working perfectly since update. However this morning the game seems to open correctly until it actually tries to connect to the game. I got a spinning circle with the word connection under it and it spins forever.

Hi @Hesturk . Can you try updating to the latest 2.7 build version and see if that fixes it? Thanks!

I am also having this problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. The problem is still happening. The game was working fine until 4pm e.s.t. 5-26-2018.

Game is being super unstable for me and several others in my coalition as well. Was doing the event and and finished my match then got errors to connect to server check my internet and wouldn't fix even when I finally gave up and clicked cancel... then I restarted the game and the charge was spent and no points of course and get same errors when trying to access event content. I restarted device and still same thing. Tried story mode and that worked. I submitted a ticket with screenshot of the errors, very frustrated costed me an otherwise perfect run so far v.v,

I am also unable to connect. This starting occurrung around 5/27 Sunday 5:34 AM Korea Standard Time. 

I believe everyone in my coalition is affected, not 100% sure; however, including myself, 8 people affected. Among these people, 3 people have gotten the SWW error and lost points possibly (cannot confirm if points were added or not to score). 2 of these people were playing the event and it errored out after the match. 1 seems to have gotten into the game and then errored out after a match, which was approximately 1 hour after the onset of the problem. And another person reported that they also could not play TG (not among the three that errored out of the coalition event).

At the onset, i was able to enter the game but it lagged heavily at the loading screen and it even errored out once; but, a retry got me through. However, when trying to access the "events" screen, I kept erroring out. 

Approximately, an hour after onset, i tried again to log in. This time i got an error regarding my network as well as another different error message (generic SWW) when loading. I could not get past coalition data, then when i was able to, i was not able to get past fetching player events.

I am on andriod. The small update (something to do with not being able to get past the agreement screen i believe) had already taken place for me automatically in the middle of the night. And i was able to access the game just fine prior to the onset time i provided above.

I was playing the new event, and as soon as I won the match and got my points the game gave me the message you stated above.

You got your points? I can' tell if I did or not I'm it looks like the next battle is opened but I'm expecting no dice on the points which should have given me an award too I believe... update: I just checked and it still has me at 100 points but gave me the award for 110 when I looked... also had a new splash art at loading. Idk maybe it' in the process of fixing?

I was able to login but faced 1 network error message. After hitting retry, game loaded, but the "home page (first screen after the loading page)" of the game app was a little slow to load. Went to events, was able to play a single TG match successfully without errors.

I am not willing to risk a coalition node charge so did not test the AWR event yet..

Im guessing they rebooted the server? Splash art is always different every time i load the app - i believe it rotates. This issue seems a little more prevalent around this timeframe, as it is not the the first time it occurred, from what i remember, granted its relatively rare.

One person in my coalition was able to finish a AWR event game successfully just now. He is iOS. Not sure if it makes a difference.

I was having issues, updating to the second 2.7 build seems to have cleared them up.

game loading time is getting buggy, sometimes it crashes, sometimes it does it right, sometimes it says was unable to connect. I ve been trying for an hour to log in correctly

I was finally able to log. But the game is terribly slow.

Yesterday i had no problems after my last post and the game started working just fine. 

Come today, same problem affecting multiple people at the same time. It appears to be recurrent at around this time.

This issue is similar in regularity to how there are prone to be more errors when the daily rewards refresh/TG ends and refreshes for the new day as well as when i randomly get a notification say "come back you have new rewards waiting" when there is actually no new rewards, an hour before the daily rewards/TG refreshes.

The problem is back for me as well. Either replace the server or make the communication better

Same problem here. Sometimes I can enter, but then I cannot do anything. I tried reinstalling to no extent. Double coalition events are going on. I start regretting my kudos post
