I used it, but it didnt give me mana.

or do I read it wrong and do I need to reinforce it before it gives mana at all?

Must be the same as other cards that count only reinforcements and the base card as nill.

Shame, means the card is pretty unplayable

The card text says that gives 2 mana for each reinforcement, so if it was not reinforced then no mana.

At the beginning of your turn, gain 2 mana for each time this support was reinforced up to 8.

It went from potential pyramid replacement to just blargh!

If only Voltaic Servant reinforced supports, instead of just increasing their shield. That would've been a nice gradual combo for Powerstone Shard

Not a huge fan of tracking multiple things on supports, and yet we still can't tell which one belongs to each player

The shield number is either on your side or on the opponent side

And theres a small arrow above the counter, pointing towards the owner.

Same here, I must have been playing a good 6 months before I realized that.

I thought it was explained in one of the first training. Not sure though, quite some time ago

I was sad that there wasn't an arrow for Aftermath / Eternalize / Embalm, or any other way to tell who it belonged to if you ran the same cards.
