How to access open support tickets

Is the new system designed to only allow a player to create and update one support ticket at a time?  Is there a place I can log in and review my open issues?  I submitted a bug during Bo4T.  I submitted a previous support request during the R2O event and now I can't find how to update it and answer the support team's questions.  And now I'd like to file a ticket to request the Lotus refund, such as it is, but I can't seem to create a new ticket from inside the game.  Please tell me there's some form of website access!  Going to the Helpshift website didn't make any such access apparent.

    Contact Us (top right in iOS)
    this brings up the Conversation screen, where you can read their responses and reply to open tickets.

    It seems to me you can only have one conversation at once, I couldn't find any way to switch. However, they don't seem to respond any faster to a new ticket, so you could just add any new issues into the same conversation.

    Yeah, this is the problem I'm experiencing.  I skipped responding to one open issue because I was in a hurry, then I got a response to a different issue, and couldn't find a way back to respond to the first one.  You just have to wait until they send a new message on that thread, I suppose.

    I went to update a ticket and it was gone in game so I had to start a new one. No longer know if the original one was even seen...
