Don’t Freeze 5* Duplicates?

Can customer service cover swap a duplicate 5* which was acquired from a Don’t Freeze token?
I know it is only for Latest Legends but in the customer service notice, it doesn’t say that they would not exchange a cover squired from the less reoccurring vaults.

    They CAN but they won't, unless it's Okoye.
    Same as every other special store, no need to ask every time.
