Customer Servise LL Cover Swap

I received another 5* Duplicate green Ghost Rider. I sent out a ticket two days ago. I received a confirmation to delete my cover and they would send me another cover...problem is they are going to send me another GREEN cover! WTH? Who’s in charge over there?
I clealy stated that I do not want a green haha
i would like a red cover. 
Are they buying time? Ghost Rider is on his way out of LL. Will I not get a cover swap on time?
Has anyone else had this cover swap issue with Customer Service?

Must have been a mistype, but ask so you are sure before deleting.

I don't think they are buying time since it will be two weeks before Ghost Rider leaves latest, and they have been known to grant swaps that was requested while the character was in Latest but left the pool before the request could be processed.
