I had an issue that resulted in me getting less jewels and crystals than I should have from an event. I contacted CS, and they said it was fixed, but it didn't look fixed (mid-week, btw). I checked with them, and they said the currency was credited to my account. However, getting jewels from NoP today made them show up! Perhaps whatever update check that triggers could be attached to the Training Grounds crystal reward? Totally fixing the issue would be better, of course.

Also, the notifications when I got CS replies acted somewhat strangely. The first one went to my Inbox, and the red dot was on Activity Hub, clicking on the message that my ticket had been answered moved the dot to settings until I checked it, all as it should be. However, later on I still got the red dot on Activity Hub, despite not having anything in my Inbox to tell me to check settings. Took me a bit to figure out what it was.
