    I like babar's idea. if drop rates are low, 120 elites are best. If rates are low, I would get only 1 or 2 PPS to get started and save the rest for pWs.
    lower rate yields to lower amount of orbs. In ixalan, boosters with all 5 common have been regular even though it should  not be feasible statically. Opened a PP with 3 uncommon and 1 rare only.

    Lots of interesting perspectives here. I mentioned I spend jewels first, but I didn't say why. I have yet to get a dupe from jewels and I don't want to break my streak. I've had ridiculous luck actually, two rare+ (probably half a year apart) gave me Swarm Intelligence and Captain Lannery Storm, and two mythic+ gave me Kokusho and Etali. I have enough for two mythic+ pulls in Dominara too.
