The Punisher (Max) Passive Strike Boost Wont Fire. [Solved]

Trying to conquer Crash of the Titans. Anywhere between 1-4 strike tiles on the board and I have a Weapons Expertise Level 1 but the strike tiles don't improve anytime.

Don't know what other info you need. Punisher is level 152 with 3-3-1 Leveled Powers.

    It doesn't buff them every turn like Nico, it just gives a constant percentage buff as long as he's active. They'll still be whatever strength they would be normally, but as long as he's active, they'll add 8% (in the case of 1 cover) more damage than normally.

    Also, it's added when the damage occurs.  If you click on any basic tile you'll see what the total strikes on board are worth.  You won't see the % added here.  You'll see it in the actual damage (red numbers) that the enemy takes.  It's confusing graphically, but the % is added when you look at the red damage numbers.
