Clarification on SCL Range for Versus Event

I think I'm late on this. When SCL 9 was introduced to Versus Event, the Shield Ranking range for SCL 6 was stated as between 27 to 68. However, it's shown as 27-64 in-game. So, is 64 the correct or incorrect upper limit for SCL 6?
