Comm Link Disrupted (DEV's PLEASE HELP!)

Is anyone else having trouble connecting? I have good internet. Both ATT and 4G Verizon on my phone, yet it keeps giving me this error and will not let me into the game...

    Yep. Same problem for me too.
  • I'm constantly getting this now and just lost a load of points in the PVE because of it as it wouldnt update my score after a match. Not impressed!

    Yeah. I finished a 321 pt match. Came out and then got this screen. Haven't been able to get back in since.

    My match was pretty much the same. Can't do anything now.
  • I was about to do another match and it started to happen.

    Be patient it will be fixed. Shame I have to charge my tablet more again :/

    I am having the same problem. My internet connection is fine but will PQ will not connect.
  • Well, it's safe to say that it's happening to everyone so I'm curious what will be different once we're able to connect again.
  • Lost health packs i used before going into a match but it shows my characters now damaged but lost the score I earned. Just a tad annoying. It should buffer the updates it needs to make to the server when it re-connects rather than just losing them.

    2-If not, if we were shielded in the PVP, will our shields be extended until you can fix the problem?
    3-Some of us were just coming out of a game. Do you know if our points are lost? Or will they be there waiting for us?
    4-If someone was using boost/health packs, will they be reimbursed?

    I agree with this indeed....had the same happened to me many times. Mid fight, connection issue. When you finally get back up, you've got a 3+ hour wait time on your heroes. Not fun.

    Now the game is unplayable during one refresh and it becomes near certain that I won't even make Top 200 in this broken **** PvE tournament. Really D3 just keeps on piling heap of **** on heap of ****.

    typically...If you were using boosts, you lost them

    If your heroes were healed, they are either downed or critically injured.

    shields technically should remain active. But if you broke shields for a match, or if it was ending, you would be exposed once the connection issue is resolved.

    Out of curiosity, why would you be shielded currently? Loki has another day and a half to run and SHIELD training has another six.

    Even worse is when you lose your boosts that you just bought. It's an unfortunate fact of life. Anyone else try to get a refund for boosts from support after this kind of mass connection time-out problem before?
