Support Idea: Always on the Boost List

how about a support that adds a character to the boost list? Maybe that's too powerful, so perhaps it can only be equipped to limited characters like Devil D and Howard?

While we're playing around with limited characters, how about a Bagman-only support that increases the drop odds for more bagman covers after PVP matches? Sort of a Bagman Bonus Hero situation? #BagmanForever (yes, I realize supports don't work on 2* characters)
