No card pack, unable to submit ticket, now game won't do anything

This morning, I clicked on my daily which should have been a pack of cards (hours)
it errored,  I clicked retry several times and then finally cancel.
I went to vault, no pack to open
I went back to look at the daily, it's showing as if it was given to me

I went to put in a ticket, and clicking that did nothing
I tried to load this evening to try again, and it's just spinning doing nothing.

You have to clear apk data or just unistall and reinstall it in order to get it working again.  If you have facebook related to the game you will not lose anything.
