Free Dominaria card?

The update mentioned there being a free card for every player to celebrate the release but I don’t see anywhere to claim one. Is this a bug or am I not looking in the right places?

    Just wait for it! Brigby already mentioned it'd be a bit on delay, so you did not miss it

    Brigby said that a bug related to the free card was caught prior the update push. So they held it back to fix it for a smoother launch soon. When that is, is anyone's guess

    an elf isnt it 10 cost but a decent abiltity i believe making it sort of like channeler initiate a green converter but working with activate instead.

    Been playing with it a bit. It's ok... the problem is that we've got spells that do what it's doing better and more reliably. Hoping Dominaria supports elves, because if I've ever got an actual reason to play an elf then Llanowar is going to be awesome. But as is, it's just a little bit lacking. 

    It does promote seeking the city's blessing, for what that's worth
