Red Iso to level supports

I'm curious - has anyone collected data on how much Red Iso is needed to level supports to particular levels?  I'm working on my spreadsheet and don't have that data, but I'm also genuinely curious to see how much would be required for what.  The supports only give you Iso to soft cap, not hard cap...
