Taking my packs ,now my pink gems!

Updated to 2.6, bought Karn which led to random loading problems. Lost basic booster Zendikar to loading problem and Free Basic booster only comes up with error.Come back later and get Basic booster from Across Ixalan which works then reach 400 pink gems for the Elite pack. Error and takes all my pink gems. Some of those pink gems were purchased from special packs in the vault. The battles seem slow to load , but are working . Argggh! Ok, anyone else having similar problems. Yes, I created a ticket, however, I don't have experience with their individual claims.
