So the required 2* for the event after Simulator is 2* Steve Rogers, who is almost exactly the same as 3* Steve Rogers, only instead of doing solid damage, even after a boost I expect that 2* Steve Rogers will do negligible damage. It would be pretty neat if I could actually bring 3* Steve Rogers in place of his "hit with a wet noodle" 2* counterpart. While the mechanics often differ between most 2*s and their 3* big brothers/sisters, having the option to bring a higher tier version would open up some more interesting/viable strategies for players.

Alternatively, scaling could be fixed to make some semblance of sense, but that's a much bigger ask.
