Lost in Translation - BoFT Node 3.3 Support

I have trouble understanding the mechanism of the permanent supports in BoFT node 3.3. The German wording suggests, that only I would get mana when I draw a card. But I had to watch several times that my opponent got mana too when I drew a card. On the other hand I didn't get mana, when my opponent drew a card.
I used Vraska with some cycling cards. This effect happend inconsistently over two battles. And it didn't only happen while using cycling, it also happened at the beginning of my turn. On several occasions my battlelog reads "Kumena, Orazca's Tyrann drew a card", although I was the one getting a card.
So now I'm asking: can someone give me the original wording, so I can try to understand, what is happening here?

From our event details list:

"Each player has an indestructible support: Call of Kumena
 Whenever you draw a card, all cards in your hand gain 1 mana.
 Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, draw a card.
 Whenever you cast a spell, your first creature gets +1/+1."

The translation reads the same in german, although I see no reason yet why Kumena should get mana too.
