5* black panther bug [Investigating]

so if you send black panther air born with riri’s green, he comes back down and does damage with his passive. Even though his power description says he will only do damage when he returns from being stunned or invisible. Bug? Already known I’m sure, but with Riri boosted, I got hit with panthers passive damage in pvp
