Battle four tribes, token replacement causes board hang

I cry foul! I was in the middle of battle winning against the vampire boss. I was calling up a vampire toke to replace my sunsoldier token and the board froze mid replace and did not respond. I was able to access everything else from the battle but it would not resolve the replacement and hung in the Battle. My Planeswalker was Elspeth. It's bad enough you guys slant this to your favor but this sucks when bad programming causes a lost! I want my coalition points and prizes!  I put the screenshots with the ticket I logged. What are you guys going to do about i
