Sanctum of the sun reinforces/copy

in MtGPQ Bugs & Technical Issues
Sometimes the fliped side of Azor's Gateway reinforces but other times it does not. When not, you get another one three shields Sactum of the sun copy. The behavior is always the same through the whole match, if it starts reinforcening it never changes to make copies and if it starts making copies it never changes to reinforce.

Anybody knows why?

Which should be the right behavior?

    All the flipping supports behave like this. I think it has already been reported in the bug and technical issue section
