Limited Character Champion Reward update: grant Supports and Red-Iso?

With my recently champed Bagman, I see that he has an LT at the top of his champion reward tree, but otherwise gives out the same champ rewards as a standard 2* character would. I've heard, but not seen for myself, that Howard and Devil D give out totally standard champion rewards. With the addition of Supports and Red-Iso, and their attendant scarcity, I propose updating the reward trees of characters with "limited" status to give out one or both of those scarce resources. Or maybe add a new limited character, perhaps a 3* limited, who has a Support/Red-iso focused tree from the get-go. 

Honorable mention: consider having Yelena Belova covers sell for some small amount of red iso instead of a small amount of real iso.
