Is the actual Elite Pack worth to invest in?
I saved 1800 gems and "Omniscience" is tempting... But what about the other cards, are there other good cards inside?

Ah and i already have "Slaughter Pact" and "Hour of Promise  so there is a chance to get dupes :-(

If you are going for just omniscience the chances are that you are going to be severely disappointed.

Take a shot on an elite pack only if you are prepared for the worst.

Worst would be 4 dupes lol

I am not sure if the other MPs and Mythics are worth to invest 1600 gems.

I took 1 shot and got Hour of Revelation.  I think I'm good not trying again :/

This one is cursed ... I pulled 6 age of revelation from it the first time it was on sale. Then i pulled the most useless masterpiece ever ...         Armagueddon to get it duped one week later from a basic booster ....
Generally speaking there are only 4 very good cards among the 16 mythics/MP and there going to rotate out in less than 2 months.

I don't understand why there is so much rotation and not just different options. I was really looking forward to trying my luck at an RIX pack again but now I just have to sit on my jewels until it comes around again. HoD is really the last thing I want to use my jewels now.

You already have two of the best cards in the pack. I suggest saving your jewels for either XLN or RIX elite packs, or saving them for DOM.

Yeah, I think this is a very bad pack to spend jewels on.  Not only are your odds of a great card very low, but it will be one of the cards to rotate out of standard in the near future.

You can earn 400 jewels in around 10 days. So, why not try the slot machine? Omni isn't in EP very often an I missing almost every Hod non-craftable (!) exclusive.

I did that and got a dupe mythic.  I should have known better, I own all of the non-exclusive mythics (about half the pack) and no masterpieces, so I was guaranteed  a dupe

Had also a dupe myth last week and a dupe some week before. At least a dupe rix mp. But i will try tomorrow anyway (373 jewels  now).

If you try you can lose, but if you don't try you can't win.

Maybe I change my mind tommorow. ;)

So I did and pulled a non dupe exclusive. Now missing only 4 of them. Not Omni but at least no dupe again.

Had every non-ex. before, imminent doom and 2 of th MP. So I would call it luck.

Well I spent 800 gems on two elite packs just two get 2 of Hours of Devastation. I already had it before, so practically traded those gems to 1000 mana orbs. Not happy.

Spent 400 jewels on this since I don't have any of the 5 MPs on display - pulled Choke (which means I did in fact hit the 1 in 5 chance for any MP!).

It might not be Omniscience, but hey - at least I can find a way to make Choke work...!

Best use is probably to discard it for Oliv or pull of tommorow.

@ba@babar3355 I'll give you a hint as to how I'm using it: which PWs are able to drain mana by themselves that can use Choke?

Throwing it with a PW is one thing. We are interested in the actual deck you would run it in.

Every single time i have spent purple (something around 10 x 100/120, and 3 x 400) it has been a dupe full stop

Now I know not to spend them unless i need orbs, because, it just a conversion from purple to orbs, which, yes, will at least get me a non-dupe, and keep me from rage-quitting/uninstalling

these purple things are the biggest scam in the game.

The one exception when I received anything new from them was when I had zero possibility for a dupe.

Every other time, even the 400's yielded a dupe.

I think though, that if you are a paying player, you will get better results. (This is NOT a complaint. it SHOULD be this way, at least a little bit anyway, as long as it stops short of straight up PTW)

I know, they say it's all random and blah blah blah, but I'm not buying it. Purples are for VERY new players (as in 'you have no cards, here is a way to get at least a mythic' ) or for old dogs to trade in for orbs.

Currently working with Kiora in a mana drain/denial setup with blue gem converter supports.  Kiora's first is great for getting drain/ramp when you need it to slow something down and her third is the win condition.  I usually pair this up with Sphinx's Tutelage for additional slowdown, alongside Spell Swindle to guarantee the first card gets drained (and to trigger Storm the Vault to flip in most cases).  Harbinger of the Tides is an obvious must have, alongside Kopala, Warden of Waves to hamper removal spells.  Shefet Monitor makes a great add due to it's sheer flexabliity, while Perilous Voyage allows for cheap bounce/removal for something that might slip through the cracks (or a full hand stopping the Harbinger...).
