Settle the wreckage triggered by other exile effects

This bug I have tested and confirmed with vindicate for now but I suspect other exile effects work.
1. Put settle the board with the opponent having no creatures
2. Opponent casts a non haste creature. Settle sticks since nobody attacked.
3. Cast vindicate on your opponent's creature exiling it. >>> settle the wreckage is popped.

What's even weirder is that now settle seems to lose 1 shield for any creature attacking so sometimes it sticks around after wiping my opponent's board.

I haven't seen the exile effect. But I have seen StW stick around after wiping the board numerous times but not every time.  Something triggers it to stick but I haven't figured it out yet

My experience has been that if the ai casts another creature then attacks with the first, settle sticks around, which I think would be correct behavior. As far as multiple things popping Gideon's defeat pops and settle the wreckage pop on the same attack
