Primal Amulet/Wellspring isn't returning spells [Investigating]

None of Mastermind's Acquisition, Hour of Devastation, or Anguished Unmaking returned to my hand with a Primal Wellspring.

It flips properly, but after that, doesn't seem to do anything. I did not note whether or not it was converting gems properly.

    I just got this on an alt account out of the 6hr free booster (Yay me! or so I thought) it flips jut fine but does not seem to apply the +6 mana to the spells that it returns to the hand..
