Sunbird's Invocation won't generate a new deck... [Investigating]

Sorry if this is posted somewhere already, I didn't see it in the forum in a quick search.

I made a deck trying to abuse this Sunbird's Invocation card that I just got by making the only card that cost less than 9 mana be Animist Awakening.  Problem was that after a few copies were fetched, it stopped working.  Sunbird stopped doing anything.  My guess is that my "deck" ran out of copies to pull, and for some reason more card weren't generated to fulfill Sunbird's effect. Anyone else seen this?
