4* in standard token and 1* bonus hero [Investigating]

Something weird happened when I opened a standard token:. I got the 4* flashing token which was unexpected. Then it showed me Valkyrie which was very unexpected as she's not in packs yet. I then got a bonus hero flash second, which was 1* storm. 

Went I checked my inventory I actually got two 1* storm. So it looks like a wrong cover shown for my token pull. But really suprised by the 1* bonus heroes

    I have seen similar things before. Animation from standard token showing a bonus hero, but cover in queue is another 1*.

    Well that's certainly peculiar! I'll pass that along to the team, as I can imagine how confusing that scenario must've been. Thanks for the info!

    My alliance mate saw basically the same thing today.  But didn’t get any 1* covers either.
