Chart of ISO required for various levels?

Hey y'all: is there a chart somewhere of the ISO required for each new level? Specifically, I'm looking to calculate how much it will take to get the required 4*s from where they are (150 and 125) up to level 209 for the SHIELD training event. It would be a death race with a cover 14th cover on the vine for Wasp I'm facing down but she takes priotity over the event...

Yep, and I think it exactly solved my problem. Not gonna be able to do both so now I can focus on Wasp.
