Forerunner of the Empire doesn’t fetch Polyraptor

If you try to fetch Polyraptor with Forerunner of the Empire, it will often not put any card into your hand.

    Yes, polyraptor is bugged. Uncage managerie, rites or reason/pull ignore him. However gather the pack doesn't.

    I don't think it's ignoring him I think it is exiling him from the game. I never DRAW polyraptor after I mass cast growing rites, commune with dinosaurs. And I tried putting dark petition in and he isn't going to the graveyard
