Where did the cards go?

One of the greatest things about a new set is figuring out interesting new deck ideas.  Yet the primary source of data for most users is @octal9 website https://beta.mtgpq.info/  Yet, he can't scrap the database to update his site when the information isn't available on the D3 website.

What in the world is going on here guys?  When can we expect this information to go back up so that our champion can do all of the hard work for us again?
