Desperate need for lesser likelihood of owned colors

I currently have four extra green America covers that I cannot use since I am still missing one more cover to hero her. So that means I got 9 green covers to my three yellow and four red. Please either add a minor reduction to the color once five are owned ie down to 25% likelyhood from what I would assume would be 33.3% usually and boost the other two colors correspondingly. Or, a reroll function that could perhaps cost 100 gold to reroll the same character hoping for a different cover. It’s fustrating on four stars and absolutely devastating on five stars. I could have my first hero five star with Dr. Strange had I not pulled TWO extra yellow cards. 

Please consider this change if it isn’t already in place and I’m just having extraordinarily poor luck.
