"Vintage" verbiage

So the recent season notes that certain characters are entering "Vintage Legend" status. I have done some Google searching and it appears that there at least used to be a "Vintage store" with its own specific tokens, but I can't find clarification online or any indication of such a store in the iOS game UI.

Can anybody provide some clarity here?

    They're off the 3x draw rate.

    The last 12 4* releases have boost acquisition rates in the legendary token stores.  When they pass that point, they become vintage and no longer have the boosted rates.  Doesn’t change anything about their powerset or abilities.

    When they first introduced this, it was accompanied by vaulting.  At that time, when you pulled a legendary token you could only pull one of those 12 latest 4*.  Now they’re all available, just at different drop rates.

    The vintage store replaced the heroic store in the off season during the vaulting days . It contained all characters that were not in latest stores. 
    When vaulting was removed all characters were available in the store only some were designated latest and given a higher draw rate , the rest are designated vintage and have a standard draw rate
