Control Shift and Peacemaker

I was playing the "Father's Day" node in Oscorp Heroic, using Iron Man 40 and Cap Modern vs. Moonstone. Moonstone took over one of Iron Man's recharge tiles, and I then replaced the stolen tile with Peacemaker, stunning Moonstone. Next turn, I noticed that the timer on my peacemaker tile did not drop from 3 to 2, and when I moused over it to see what had happened it informed me I should destroy the tile to prevent an attack.

Somehow, my Peacemaker inherited the theft from Moonstone's control shift.
