    Saw this in my play with the card earlier as well.  It's like the ETB effect is resetting the +x/+x buff, instead of adding to it as in every other card with an ETB buff when cast from the hand.  
    Very disappointing, as expectation of a traditional behavior for the listed ETB effect was the main factor in my purchase of the card.  

    As is, it's overpriced for reinforcements.  Maybe if it was a base 6/6 and got +1/+1 per card buff reset every ETB, it might be worth the high casting cost.

    But regardless, in some cases it is decreasing so it's definitely a bug.

    Decreasing (if there are fewer cards in hand than after the initial cast) would be consistent with the ETB buff being re-applied to the reinforced-base strength of the creature.
    ie: 1/1 +12/+12
    2/2 +6/+6
    Not the kind of behavior I expect from a card that costs 16 to cast, even if it were a common, let alone an Exclusive Mythic.

    I did a little more playtesting with this card.  
    It is overwriting the buff that it gives itself as an ETB effect.  I did the 6-card buff to 2-card buff, and it went from 13/13 to 6/6 when reinforced.  
    It does Not overwrite buffs from other spells.  I did a test using both Murderers Axe +2/+2, and Ifnir Deadlands -2/-2, each applies separately and followed by a reinforcement.  In both cases, the spell-applied buffs remained.  Only Tishana’s own buff was overwritten.  

    The card is not as horribly bugged as it possibly could have been, but the exhibited behavior is still unacceptable.  
    No other creature in the game, to my knowledge, gets weaker when reinforced.  Not even Grim Strider or Magmaroth, and those two weaken themselves by their very nature.

    Following the Rivals of ixalan update. Tishana,  voice of thunder, still does not reinforce properly. And will actually, debuff if you cast the 2nd copy with fewer cards in hand than the first cast.  When will she actually be fixed?

    As a special bonus, if your Tishana is wounded and then you cast a new one and it gets smaller when reinforced, it'll die.  
    Example:
    1.  13/1 Tishana in play (was shot with a Red Hour for 12 damage)
    2.  Cast a new Tish, comes into play as a 12/12
    3.  Apparently he has 12 damage on him from the Red Hour, which with the new 12 toughness is reduced to zero  and then it dies

    @Brigby I rebooted the app and everything is installed correctly.  Tishana was sadly not fixed in this update.

    Confirmed, I am seeing this as well.  
    Tishana reinforcement is still showing the same behavior as before.  
    Enter the board effect is overwriting the buff that this card gives to itself when reinforcing.

    At what point do purchases get 100% refunded? I haven’t been able to use her for 3 weeks now? Take her back and give me a non-dupe elite

    Not only is it still bugged, today I played a game and had Tishana out - at 13/13. I cast another copy of her and she went up to 14/14, but then immediately changed to 12/12.

    So not she works in reverse in that she becomes weaker when reinforced...

    Riiiight....

    Hey guys,

    Tishana, Voice of Thunder is still not reinforcing properly with the ETB effect. Just like before, it gains the +1/+1 when it enters the battlefield from the creature's given power/toughness, and then when the ETB effect takes place, it replaces the previous ETB buff. Is there a window that we can expect her to work properly?
