Star of Extinction does not cast if there are not creatures on the board -- similar wipes (The Great Aurora comes to mind) will work regardless -- is this intended?
If so, this card is WAY overcosted -- if not -- this card is still WAY overcosted (and should be priced in the 16-18 mana range).
