Getting Hit through shields

Hey, I just hit walkyourpath, bought a shield, and about 30 seconds later, I get hit by decaulion614 and take 30 damage. I have bought 3 shields this event, but I don't expect the damage to go through the shield. IF it's a timing thing that's one thing, but the message of being hit 30+ seconds after I bought a shield is crazy. Had I know i was hit I wouldn't have re-shielded. So either the damage went through (And shields are not working) or the server messages are not synched.

After I shield I always refresh the rankings page just for that reason. It resyncs you to the server. I shielded earlier and was hit about a min later and lost 0
