Better keyboard support

Basically less clicking. Add better keyboard support for browsing nodes in PvP especially and for general purposes.

Examples:

1. Left and right arrow keys to change nodes, up and down arrow keys to activate and deactivate nodes, "enter" to go into a fight.

2. Press Enter instead of clicking on IM35's hand at the start screen.

3. Press Escape to close message of the day.

4. Press Enter to accept rewards after you win them. (Iso-8 or covers after a fight, points, etc.)

    I'd like to resurface this thread. Maybe there are more PC users in the forum now.

    I'd like this as well; it wouldn't even take that much effort to put it in.
